1.You can put a dab of glitter glue before application.Then it works very well.You can use your fingertip because it doesn't really stick to the brush or eyeshadow applicator it comes with.
2.If you use eye primer, apply a solid color, then apply this, it looks great.The lighter colors don't work well when applied directly to skin.
