Retractable and has a spoolie hidden in the back end to style and room hair in the desired direction. A combination of unique waxes lends to the glide and adherence to the brows for long wearing, and smudge-resistant brow color. Paraben free. Sulfate-free, Phthalate free.

? HOW TO: Brush brow hairs with the spoolie. Use the pencil to sketch individual hairs and fill in any gaps for a natural look. For a more dramatic look, smudge the brow color through the entire brow, then comb with the spoolie to help blend. Finish the look with a final brush through with the spoolie.
